Pepper red

For the red pepper, the fruits remain on the bush for as long as possible. The deep red berries are carefully picked individually from the panicles. Any careless handling would cause the berries to burst immediately. They are then heated quickly and only briefly to preserve their red colour. Their noble flavour, floral and fruity at the same time, delights every gourmet.
