Organic white pepper from the central highlands of Sri Lanka is considered to be the best quality white pepper in the world.

Our white pepper comes from small farming communities that are organised and structured as cooperatives. Sustainable cultivation on small plots in mixed cultivation, the use of traditional old landraces, the renunciation of chemical pesticides and the careful processing of small batches by hand provide the consumer with healthy products of very high quality and also contribute to environmental and climate protection and the preservation of biodiversity.
